As mentioned above she is really an excellent closer. She did a lot of research and comparison on the property. Joy expedited everything to we had to do as time was an important factor. Simply put, Joy worked very hard on our behalf, put up with our behaviour and had the right chemistry. After one day, it felt like she was an old friend that we had asked for help! She babied us and we loved her for it.For all the reasons identified above, we would stand sock footed on cold pavement in a long line to work with her again.
